In four documented cases: pain fell from VAS 3 to 0 with full recovery in seven days; a mixed-depth burn healed in 22 days without grafting, the transparent matrix allowing monitoring throughout; a hand burn healed with full function and minimal scarring after early exercise; and a complex shoulder burn kept its range of motion, avoided painful dressing changes, and allowed showering.
