Nanomedic Technologies Ltd. is an Israeli bio-medical high-technology company specializing in research, development and distribution of the highest quality medical devices based on electrospinning technology. Nanomedic Technologies Ltd, has introduced the Spincare Wound Care System, a portable, battery operated, fully personalized, user-friendly, “on-the-spot” electrospinning technology for wound care. This system has introduced a radical paradigm shift and treatment option into the wound care arena,  a treatment option for burns and wounds with inherent characteristics and advantages that fit a vast spectrum of injuries and allows patients to “live their life while they heal!”

Dr. Chen Barak

Dr. Barak has more than 20 years of proven experience in the development and commercialization of medical devices. She has held multiple managerial positions in the medical device industry at Florence Medical Ltd. and FlowMedic Ltd. Prior to joining Nanomedic, Chen served as the General Manager of Gardia Medical for more than 6 years. Dr. Barak graduated from the Technion Institute in Haifa, Israel and received her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at UT Southwestern, Dallas, TX.

Guy Harel

A Certified Public Accountant and an Attorney at Law in Israel. Guy served as CFO of WhiteSmoke Software Ltd., a publicly traded Software company and as a business controller at Microsoft Israel R&D center. Guy also worked as a capital markets and high tech team member at FBC&Co, one of Israel’s leading law firms, and as an audit team manager at Ernst & Young Israel. Guy is a Bachelor of Laws and also holds a B.A in Accounting, both from Tel Aviv university.

Dr. Claudia M. Barzilay

Dr. Barzilay has over 15 years of recognized research and development experience in the field of Pharma, Biotech and Medical Devices. Prior to joining Nanomedic, Claudia served as Project Manager, Scientific Advisory and VP R&D, gaining vast knowledge in Product Development, GLP Regulations, Patent writing and Business Development. She received her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology, pursued postdoctoral research at Stanford University, CA- USA and achieved a Researcher and Lecturer position at the Hebrew University.

Dr. Gary J. Sagiv

Dr. Sagiv brings nearly twenty-year track record of building and leading successful business programs for global diagnostic and biotechnology start-up companies. With a diverse and rich background in worldwide activities in the Medical Devices segment, Gary adds a broad base of commercialization expertise from responsibilities in marketing research, business development, marketing & sales and general management. In his senior management positions, he has initiated programs of international growth for the company, encompassing both pre and commercial sales; built and lead commercial teams globally and has conducted business in over 70 countries.

Asher Zilberstein

Mr. Zilberstein has more than 20 years of experience in establishment and management of quality, and regulation assurance activities in the medical device industry, from the development stage to post marketing environments.
Prior to joining Nanomedic, Asher served as QA/RA leader of Endospan, Valtech Medical (Edwards), West Micro infusion Design Center, Gardia Medical, and others.
He has a M.Sc. in Biotechnology from the School of Medicine at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.

Professor Josef Haik, M.D; MPH

Prof. Dr. Josef Haik (born 1966, Ramat Gan, Israel) is a specialist in Aesthetic & Reconstruction Plastic Surgery and Burns. Prof Haik is the director of the National Intensive Care Burn Unit and Director of the Division of Plastic & Reconstructive at the Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer Hospital, Ramat Gan Israel, affiliated to the Tel Aviv University. Prof. Haik is a Professor in the Faculty of Surgery at Tel Aviv University. Prof Haik completed his medical studies in 1994 at the University of Bologna, Italy and is a specialist in plastic surgery since 2002. Prof Haik completed felowship in Plastic Surgery in Sao Paulo, Brazil and in the ICU, Burns in the Hospital of the University of Alberta, Canada. Prof. Haik has a Master Degree in Public Health (MPH), Disasters management since 2008. Prof Haik is a member and chairman of the American Burn Association. He is a member in the Israeli Association for Aesthetic plastic surgery, the Israel Medical Association, the International Association for Aesthetic Surgery and the Israeli Association for healing wounds. Prof. Haik contributed to chapters in medical textbooks and published numerous articles.
